The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all contracts for sale and supply of the company's services and materials. By purchasing an item from us you are agreeing to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

Ordering from us

The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms and conditions of business. All prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the statutory rate current at the date of invoice.

Due to Systems Limitations we are unable to deduct VAT for export out of the UK.

We are only able to ship to fixed residential or business addresses and are unable to ship to BFPO or PO Box addresses.

Payment Security Policy

Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) - the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.

Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay's utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

Sage Pay uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure their systems are impenetrable.

Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL.

So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.

Payment and Selection of Items

Accepted payment methods are shown in our payment page on the website.

No goods shall pass from the company to the customer unless and until the customer has made full and complete payment to the company. If payment is not made in full and the goods have been shipped then we retain title of goods. If payment is made and then is withdrawn once goods have been shipped we will seek to recover the goods or the value of the goods plus expenses. Interest will be charged at the rate of 8% above bank base rate.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct item has been chosen. If clarification is required please check prior to ordering. Within the items specifics as stated on the website it shows detail on the product.

Delivery

Normally items ordered will be despatched within 5 working days from the day ordered and sent on the delivery service selected on checkout. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays. The exception to this are items which are not stocked or items which specify that they are special order on the product page. You will be kept informed of the progress of your order.

Once the item has left us we are in the hands of the carrier in order for them to attain the target delivery time. We do supply contact details for the carrier upon the order being despatched please contact our office if you need us to chase delivery.

IMPORTANT - IF THE ITEM IS DELIVERED DAMAGED YOU MUST SIGN FOR IT AS DAMAGED AND NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

We will endeavour to deliver the goods as specified on the delivery service selected at point of order.

Returns under the DSR (Changed Mind)

For non personalised products customers have 7 working days from the receipt of goods to advise that they wish to return them. This must be done either by Email or Phone.

If you wish to return items the options are as follows:

  1. You arrange for the items to be shipped back to our offices under your own method of carriage. The customer is liable for the safe transportation of the goods until they are received back at the company's office. Upon receipt of the full goods a refund for the purchase price of the goods paid will be made back to the original method of payment. It will be accepted that the packaging will be opened however the goods must not be used.

  2. FOR UK ADDRESSES ONLY

    We can arrange for the item to be collected from the place of delivery. There is a charge of £25 for mainland UK except AB and IV postcodes and £40 for all other areas. This is the pure cost of arranging for a carrier to collect the item and transport it back to us. The purchaser must ensure that they are available at the arranged date and time for collection of the item. Failure to be available will result in an abortive charge by the carrier and this will be passed onto the purchaser.

    It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the items are packaged in order to protect them for the return journey. All loose components must be securely fastened. Any damage caused because of failure of this will result in the cost being deducted out of any refund due to the customer. If the item is returned used then no refund will be given. No items for returns can be accepted at the company offices without prior agreement.

    We do not offer a returns policy for personalised products.
Returns due to faulty items or incorrect items being received.

In this event please contact our office and we will arrange for the item to be collected. In some cases we will request that the customer send the item back to us however we will reimburse postage costs of the cheapest method of traceable carriage.

Guarantee

If the item develops a fault we will replace on a like for like basis. The company does not accept responsibility for damage to any equipment in which our products are used for the purpose other than those for which it was designed.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and mangerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will not share any address, contact details or payment details with any third parties.

We may contact you to advise you of any special offers. If you do not wish to receive this notification, please let us know in writing.

Damaged Parcels
  • If an item is received damaged we must be notified within the timescales of the Distance Selling Regulations, this can be either in writing, by email or by calling our office.

  • We will then receive a claim number from the carrier and the replacement or missing items will then be despatched out to you upon the original item being collected.

  • You agree to cooperate with any investigation made by the carrier and will arrange a convenient time for the damaged item to be collected.

  • If the carrier has been unable to collect the item from the customer due to the fault of the customer we reserve the right to charge the customer the cost for the carrier.
Missing Parcels
  • If your parcel is missing then you will have to verify with the carrier. As soon as they issue a claims number then a replacement will be despatched using the same service method.

  • If the original item has been found then it must be refused by the customer so it can be returned to sender. If it is accepted and we are informed that the customer has received both items then it has to be returned to us at the customers cost or both items can be charged to the customer.

If in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to return your item don't worry.
You have 7 days from delivery in order to do this. Please email us at support@bcqgroup.com ensuring that all details are included and a member of our Returns Team will contact you.

(Please note that any item returned is subject to our standard terms. We do not accept returns on personalised products such as business cards.)

Retail Customers Only

Please note that we are Closed every Bank Holiday including Good Friday. You can place orders however the will not be processed until they next working day.
